1) Monthly Recurring Fees (Preschool & Extended Care)

  • Provider Experience Walkthrough: Watch the short video.

  • Create recurring monthly fees directly in Kidlet: set the name, price, post date, due date, late date, and late fee.

  • Fees automatically post to the family account each month for consistent, hands-off billing.

  • Automatic Parent Reminders (built into recurring fees):

    • When the fee posts to the account

    • On the due date

    • The day before the late date (to help families avoid late fees)

2) Parent-Friendly Payment Experience

  • Parents can view and pay all fee types in one cart:

    • Daily scheduling fees

    • Late or drop-in care fees

    • Monthly recurring fees

  • Parents can pay immediately or swipe away monthly recurring fees until they reach the overdue date—so they can continue paying for daily care even if they need to wait for the next paycheck before paying the monthly fee.

  • View parent payment history in the same place to answer billing questions and reconcile balances faster.
